What kind of business/store do you feel we need in Howard Beach?

There are no more mom and pop stores on the blvd it has become totally commerical and to some extents impersonal. A book store is just another place for the pre teens to stand in front of and destroy look at mcdonalds and recently star bucks.

i have no idea wat a mom and pop store is but its a little annoying that the cops bother us all the time telling us to go somewhere else....where do they want us to go? there has to be somthing they can open for us to do

I'm pretty sure that you can now choose pepperoni or plain pizza, that's twice the variety that was available when I moved there.
