-They need to cut the grass along 156 avenue/Shore pkwy on the residential side of the fence.

-They need to step up patrols to stop this aggravating grafitti on PVC fences.

-They need to do something with Lindenwood: close off the street that has been just opened to connect East New York with Lindewood, put a weed wacker to all the gardening, clean it up, repave some of the streets, stop building rentals, promote ownership.

-Get rid of some of the gas stations on the blvd.

-More creative dining, real italian restaurants (think Metropolitan Ave.), some cafes on Cross Bay Blvd.
