"If you're 11414, you're Howard Beach" Howard Beach Civic Forum is a not-for-profit community improvement group dedicated to non-partisan civic advocacy and community building. Since 1995, Howard Beach Civic Forum has proudly served the greater Howard Beach Community, including the neighborhoods of Hamilton Beach, "Old" Howard Beach, Lindenwood, Ramblersville and Rockwood Park. Howard Beach Civic Forum has spearheaded numerous beautification efforts in the community, including the Community Flagpole and Welcome Sign and the restoration of Frank Charles and Hamilton Beach Parks. We are always looking for help--no experience required! We meet on the last Tuesday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at St. Barnabas Church, 159-19 98th Street in Howard Beach. The public is invited and encourage to attend. For more information, please contact Mario Mancuso at civicforum@hotmail.com.
