If you ask me Howard beach is only missing one thing. A place for the older kids to go at night. The only places to sit and relax are the diners. They used to have the upstairs of starbucks but that is gone the bowling alley is gone even Qzar is gone. They need an inexpensive place to be able to hang out so that they arent driving around or walking around disturbing people at night.
