Hi Lindenwood - I would like to get some feedback please - seriously thinking about renting an apt on 151 and 79th, its one of those 3-story townhomes.  Everything looks great and leaning toward going for it.  The rent is unbelievable, nice size, convenient, and has a small terrace.  Would really appreciate any advice about the neighborhood, safety, anything at all.  thanks.
